Appointment Cancellation Policy for Voice Coaching Services

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your voice coaching appointment. To ensure the smooth operation of our scheduling and to honor the time and commitment of Emily, we have established the following appointment cancellation policy:

Cancellation Timeframe: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time to avoid any charges.

Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee:

  1. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 12 hours’ notice, there will be no charge, and we will happily work with you to reschedule your session.
  2. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 12 hours’ notice or fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be subject to a late cancellation/no-show fee equal to your lesson fee.

Payment Procedure: Late cancellation/no-show fees will be charged to the payment method on file. You will receive an email notification of the charge along with a receipt.

Exceptions: Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances such as emergencies and sudden illnesses. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you have a valid reason for a late cancellation or no-show.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request without any penalty.
